I’m Deanna Deveau — an educator, facilitator, and motorbike enthusiast who believes that kindness should lead the way in every room.

Since 1992, I’ve helped thousands of learners thrive by designing and delivering training that puts people first.

D2 Academy was born from a belief that great training doesn’t happen by accident. It takes skill, structure, and soul.

My Train the Trainer programs help organizations build facilitation capacity that actually sticks — especially during complex ERP rollouts like Oracle CCS, Oracle Fusion, and UKG.
